DGC Studio can be booked through the Webropol survey form, which can be found on the Digi & Game Center website. Below we go through the studio booking policies.
You can reserve the studio through the Digi & Game Center websites by clicking the “Reserve Here” button on the studio tab, which you can see below in the picture (the button is highlighted in the picture).
Klikattuasi aukeaa sinulle näkymä Webropol kyselyyn, josta voit valita sinulle sopivan kielen (Suomi/Englanti) kyselyn täyttämiseksi. Sopivan kielen valitsemisen jälkeen sinulle aukeaa näkymä itse kyselyyn. Täyttämällä ja lähettämällä tämän kyselylomakkeen varaat studion käyttöösi.
After clicking the button, you will see the Webropol survey page, from which you can choose language that suits you (Finnish / English) to complete the survey for studio reservation. After selecting the appropriate language, you will have a view of the reservation survey itself. By filling out and submitting this survey correctly, you will reserve the studio for your use.
Avainten sijainti / Key location
Varaus on sitova, joten muistathan perua varauksesi vähintään päivää ennen varauksen alkamista.
Varattuasi studion voit hakea avaimen studioon Digi & Game Centerillä sijaitsevasta avainlaatikosta. (Näkyy alaalla olevassa kuvassa)
Studion avainlaatikko löytyy studion oven vierestä seinältä. Tältä seinältä löytyy kaksi avainlaatikkoa ja näistä studion avaimet löytyvät ”Studio” -nimisestä avainlaatikosta. Avainlaatikon koodin saat sitä kysymällä studiovastaavalta, jonka yhteystiedot löytyvät studion varauslomakkeesta.
Please remember to cancel your booking at least one day before the start of the booking if you are not coming.
After booking the studio, you can retrieve the key to the studio from the key box at Digi & Game Center. (Shown in the picture below)
The studio key box can be found on the wall next to the studio door. There are two key boxes on this wall, and the keys to the studio can be found inside the key box called “Studio”. You can get the code for the key box by asking it from the studio manager, whose contact information can be found on the studio’s booking form.
Studion avainlaatikko sisältää kaksi avainta, jos toinen niistä ei ole jo käytössä, joten otathan vain yhden avaimen ja pidät sitä hallussasi vain silloin kun sitä tarvitset. Avaimien mukana tulee lätkä jolla pääset Digi & Game Centerin pääovista sisään.
Avaimen voit hakea päivää ennen varausta, arkipäivisin kello 9 – 16 välillä. Huomioi myös, että jos aiot käyttää studiota viikonloppuisin, tulee sinun hakea avain viimeistään perjantaina. Huomioithan, että Digi & Game Centerin ovet ovat auki vain 9-16 välillä arkisin.
Lähtiessäsi pidä huolta, että tilat jäävät vähintään yhtä hyvään kuntoon kuin mitä ne olivat sinun sinne saapuessasi. Huolehdi myös, että studion ovi menee lukkoon perässäsi, sekä muista palauttaa studion avaimet takaisin avainlaatikkoon heti.
Avainkoodi vaihdetaan noin kahden viikon välein.
The studio key box should contain two keys if one of them is not already in use, so please only take one key and keep it in your possession only when you need it. The keys contain a key tag which can be used to open the Digi & Game Center front doors.
You can pick up the key the day before your booking, on weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm. Please also note that if you plan to use the studio on weekends, you must collect the key no later than Friday. Also note that the doors of Digi & Game Center are open only from 9 am to 4 pm on weekdays.
When you leave, make sure the facilities are at least as good as they were when you arrived. Also, make sure that the studio door locks when you leave, and be sure to return the studio keys back to the key box immediately.
The code for the key box is changed approximately every two weeks.
